At Urth, we are committed to ensuring your tech experience is seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic hardware and accessories. If your device isn't the perfect fit for your workflow, we provide a straightforward exchange or refund process to keep you powered up.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Urth account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure the device is factory reset and securely packed in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
